Siempre que uno intenta pagar servicio de Telcel en su sucursal, porque me queda a una cuadra de mi casa, nunca reciben los pagos diciendo, que no hay sistema, a unas cuadras más, hay un Centro de Ventas Telcel, y voy ahí justo saliendo de la farmacia, les pregunto, oye que no hay sistema para pagos de Telcel y me dicen, sí hay sistema, es que en la farmacia me dijeron que no, y me comentan en el Centro, que siempre les llega la gente diciendo que en la farmacia no les quieren cobrar. Espero pueda el Gerente de su sucursal poner atención, ya que sí tienen prestacion de cobro, y nos cobran aún una comisión para los servicios de otras empresas no deberían negarlo inventando de argumento que no hay sistema. Cliente que llegue e intente hacer su pago, hacer por lo menos el esfuerzo de ingresar el número y uno poder ver que lo hacen, para poder verificar como cliente que realmente no nos pueden cobrar, no solamente decirlo sin hacer el intento de teclear el número. Gracias.

I hope the Manager of your branch can pay attention, since they do have collection services, and they still charge us a commission for the services of other companies. They should not deny it by making up the argument that there is no system. Client who arrives and tries to make their payment, make at least the effort to enter the number and one can see that they do it, to be able to verify as a client that they really cannot charge us, not just say it without trying to type the number .
