★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención las personas que atienden prefieren estar platicando qué atender rápido. Te atienden de mala gana y se dan el lujo de no atenderte o pasarte de una a otra. Y finalmente no te dan la atención que pides.... Mala atención.

Esta empresa tiene convenio con la empresa de Mensajería Fedex y para el cambio del producto que me llegó el servicio me dijo que podía dejarlo en esta farmacia, pero la persona que dice ser el encargado le dió vueltas para no recibir el producto que era su obligación y al final argumento que no tenía sistema. Ojalá y alguien de la empresa solucione la forma prepotente de esta persona. Sucedió el 17 de enero del 2021 a las 18:30 horas. LAS PERSONAS QUE ATIENDEN DAN MUY MAL SERVICIO Y SOBRE TODO EL QUE SE DICE SER EL ENCARGADO. Sugerencia no compre ahí.
Terrible service. This company has an agreement with the Fedex Messaging company and for the change of the product that the service came to me, they told me that I could leave it at this pharmacy, but the person who claims to be in charge gave it back to not receive the product that was their obligation and in the end I argue that I had no system. Hopefully someone from the company solves the arrogant way of this person. It happened on January 17, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. THE PEOPLE WHO ATTEND GIVE VERY BAD SERVICE AND ABOVE ALL THE ONE WHO SAID TO BE THE MANAGER. Suggestion do not buy there.
