★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien ubicado, aunque los precios más caros que otras farmacias, y la señorita que atiende muy grosera no contesta ni el saludo ni las gracias, no sabe si tiene los productos los busca y no los encuentra, a pesar de que salen en internet, no vuelvo a pasar a comprar para ver caras.

Acudí el martes 21 de diciembre de 2021 a las 5pm.
Fui para comprar una prueba casera de covid y la señorita pensó que me refería a una prueba con la doctora en curso (ok, mi error). Fue hasta después de pagar que fue evidente que nos habíamos confundido, al pedirle la devolución del pago ya que era un servicio que no iba a utilizar, se portó muy grosera y me dijo que ya no podía hacer nada, que pasara con la doctora si quería y que si esperaba al gerente eran 20 Min. Al final llegó el gerente que también fue muy grosero y después de varias negativas me dijeron que tenía que consumir algo para poder hacer el reembolso (tan facil desde un inicio).
Entiendo que fue una confusión y demás pero la actitud desde un inicio fue bastante desafortunada.
En fin, hay otra farmacia sobre la misma calle en la que mejor te puedes evitar el mal trato.

I went to buy a home covid test and the lady thought I meant a test with the doctor in progress (ok my mistake). It was not until after paying that it was evident that we had gotten confused, when we asked her for a refund of the payment since it was a service that she was not going to use, she was very rude and told me that she could no longer do anything, what would happen to the doctor if I wanted and if I waited for the manager it was 20 Min. At the end the manager arrived who was also very rude and after several refusals they told me that I had to consume something to be able to make the refund (so easy from the beginning).
I understand that it was a confusion and so on, but the attitude from the beginning was quite unfortunate.
Anyway, there is another pharmacy on the same street where you can better avoid bad treatment.
