Excellent that Benavides has a presence in the place. With little staff because it is not very crowded. But still it is the same quality of service in the Benavides pharmacy ....

Luego paso más de una hora y no llegó mi pedido.
Para que ofrecen servicio a domicilio si no van a poder?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta Farmacia Benavides me robó dinero mediante código QR, me cobraron, no me dieron mercancía ni la devolución del dinero. Literal las cajeras se cruzaron de brazos. Aún estoy por comunicarme a su corporativo, publicaré si tampoco resuelven. En estos tiempos de necesidades básicas y ellos haciendo eso.
A un año de haber sucedido, reitero que no recomiendo la tienda, no me resolvieron y me envían mensaje de que quieren 'mejorar' una vergüenza aquí en Monterrey, nunca me ha tocado ver una Benavides de la cual estar orgullosa. Pronostico la desaparición de esta cadena.
This Benavides Pharmacy stole money from me using a QR code, they charged me, they did not give me merchandise or the money back. The cashiers literally crossed their arms. I am yet to communicate to your corporate, I will publish if they do not resolve either. In these times of basic needs and them doing that.
A year after it happened, I reiterate that I do not recommend the store, they did not solve me and they send me a message that they want to 'improve' a disgrace here in Monterrey, I have never had to see a Benavides of which to be proud. I predict the disappearance of this chain.
