★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO PERO PÉSIMO servicio a domicilio, primero me dijeron q la medicina no había llegado xq tenían q recolectarla en varias suc (eso fue una hora después de q hice mi pedido), luego a los 30 min volví a marcar me dijeron q el sistema estaba fallando y q lo volvieron a enrutar y 30 min después volví a marcar y q de los 4 medicamentos no tenían uno y que por eso no me los habían mandando, pero q ya venían!!!... Mi primera llamada fue a las 4 y llegaron hasta las 8:30!!! Obvio q ya no los acepté!!!
PESIMO BUT PESIMO service at home, first they told me that the medicine had not arrived xq had to collect it in several suc (that was an hour after I placed my order), then at 30 min I re-dialed they told me that the system was failing and q they returned to route and 30 min later I returned to mark and q of the 4 medications did not have one and that's why they had not sent me, but they were already coming !!! ... My first call was at 4 and they arrived until 8:30 !!! Obvious that I did not accept them !!!

Esta muy sucia la sucursal,hay mucho ladrón callejero y no cuidan nada los policías del lugar pues huyen ante los rateros..
Management and saleswomen are very despotic, they take a long time to dispatch, there is no health control except in psndemis or outside of it ...
The branch is very dirty, there is a lot of street thieves and the local police do not take care of anything because they flee before the thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen establecimiento, tipo supermercado, cuentan con servicio de consultorio médico, lo recomiendo ampliamente para la realización de prueba rápida de covid, a un costo muy razonable.
Good establishment, supermarket type, they have a medical office service, I highly recommend it for a rapid covid test, at a very reasonable cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo. Fui a surtir una receta de controlados y se hacen tontos y dicen que no tienen aunque si hay en su inventario. Y cuando la receta dice que me den 2 frascos nada mas me dan uno y la disque sellan oara que se pueda resurtir y despues no la quieren resurtir por mal manejo de la receta. Estan tontos, de veras no se que tienen en la cabeza. No hacen bien las cosas con las recetas de los medicamentos controlados.
Bad. I went to fill a controlled prescription and they go foolishly and say they don't have even if there is in their inventory. And when the recipe says give me 2 jars, they just give me one and the label is sealed so that it can be refilled and then they don't want to refill it due to mishandling of the recipe. They are stupid, I really don't know what they have in mind. They don't do well with prescriptions for controlled drugs.

Supuestamente siguen protocolo covid pero es de cuando estábamos en semaforo rojo-naranja y sacan a las personas siendo que estamos en semaforo verde, (prácticamente solo entra 1o 2 personas),sin embargo no hay toma de temperatura ni te proporcionan gel, tapete sanitario super seco.
Personal masculino es atento y ayuda a buscar los artículos que uno desea.
En otras sucursales no he tenido ese problema. Incluso un puede ver que ofertas o artículos tienen en existencia y tienen mas afluencia de mas personas y mejor trato. Ojala puedan solucionarlo.
Very rude female staff.
Supposedly they follow covid protocol but it is from when we were at a red-orange traffic light and they take people out since we are at a green traffic light, (practically only 1 or 2 people enter), however there is no temperature taking nor do they provide you with gel, super sanitary mat dried.
Male staff is attentive and helps to find the items one wants.
In other branches I have not had that problem. One can even see what offers or items they have in stock and have more influx of more people and better treatment. Hopefully they can fix it.
