★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para atender. Llegué un domingo con una infección en el ojo y el doctor José Alfredo Castellanos fue un despota. Me dijo que no podía atenderme porque iba al sanatorio, le suplique que me atendiera por favor y me cerró la puerta en la cara. Me retiré del lugar llorando de la desesperación. No acudan a esta farmacia porque el doctor es un inhumano. Ni siquiera debería tener cédula de médico ya que le falta mucha empatía para servir.
Terrible place to attend. I arrived on a Sunday with an eye infection and Dr. José Alfredo Castellanos was a despot. He told me that he could not treat me because I was going to the sanatorium, I begged him to take care of me please and he closed the door in my face. I left the place crying in despair. Do not go to this pharmacy because the doctor is inhuman. He should not even have a medical certificate since he lacks a lot of empathy to serve.
