El empleado da una muy mala atención, no quiere hacer el cambio del producto, cuando no se ha abierto y es al momento, diciendo que ya lo marco y no puede cambiar el producto, justificandose que es por un reglamento, el cuál no se muestra ni está a visibilidad del cliente, además de que no da ticket, y no está deal deberían pendiente del negocio, uno tiene que estar tocando y esperando por horas hasta que decide atender. Deberían vigilar más ese establecimiento y cambiar al empleado por uno que tenga mejor actitud.
