Las explicas que necesitas, color de caja tipo de pastilla y para que sirve y no ....con una flojera te ven y no te ayudan.
Les explicas que es un producto de simi y que lo compras con regularidad.
Después de que lo buscas por google y regresas los encuentras platicando/chismeando por teléfono :( como si no quisieran vender/atender .... :( :(

You explain what you need, color of the box, type of pill and what it is for and not ... with a laziness they see you and they do not help you.
You explain that it is a simi product and that you buy it regularly.
After you google it and come back you find them talking / gossiping on the phone :( as if they don't want to sell / attend .... :( :(
