Esta noche realicé un pedido y me mandaron un medicamento menos por lo cual decidí llamar y comentarles el error, la primer persona comenta que el repartidor va a volver lo cual nunca sucede y al llamar nuevamente para comentar la necesidad del medicamento, me dicen que el repartidor comentó primero que revisara el producto y que le di $5 de propina lo cual no es ni la cantidad de propina ni comentó antes de retirarse que revise el producto, en ninguna de las compras anteriores tuve problemas con el producto por lo cual no revise la compra. No me resolvieron nada, me dejaron sin el dinero y sin la medicina que necesitaba para esta noche.
