Without a reservation, I went on a Saturday morning at 9:30 and waited for about 5 minutes and got tested right away.
Bring your passport
It is 330 pesos (card payment accepted) and you will receive the result as a printout in 15 minutes.
I recommend it if you are in the Socalo area.
