Tienen horario de las 11 pm, llegué 10:50 después de haber ido a varias sucursales buscando el medicamento me mandaron a esta sucursal porque era la única que tenía 1 pieza del medicamento. El empleado se negó rotundamente a hacerme la venta del mismo, se una forma muy grosera. Hay que respetar el horario con el que se anuncian!! Y si no mejor no lo pongan así!!! No le estaba pidiendo que me vendiera un paracetamol! Se trata de un medicamento indispensable para un paciente con ese padecimiento! Terrible service!!!! He needed an epilepsy tx medicine. D	Daniela Amezcua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a esta sucursal a realizarme una prueba de COVID, me había comentado personas que habían ido antes que te atendían sin cita, llegue y pregunté sobre la prueba, la señora que me atendió demasiado grosera me dijo que no me podían atender sin cita le comenté que no sabía sobre la citas y siguió con mala actitud, acepte y me fui, no me dio solución o me comentó como se había la cita. Diez minutos mas tarde me enteré que un conocido mío estaba ahí y lo atendieron SIN CITA. Sólo 10 min después. Muy mal servicio y atención al cliente. Cero soluciones y si tienes “suerte” puede que te atiendan.
