★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pésima la atención que brindan, acabo de salir y me atendió una señora que tiene muy mal caracter, siente que hace un gran favor al atendernos, a fuerza me quería vender un medicamento de patente cuando en la receta traia el nombre del compuesto para poder comprar el medicamento generico, no la recomiendo ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor y más pésimo servicio a domicilio, te dicen que en hora y media llega tu pedido y no es así, hablas para preguntar y te dicen que ya no tarda, después ellos se comunican y te dicen que hasta otro día te lo llevan, al otro día hablas para preguntar si ya te lo van a entregar y te salen con que ellos mismos ya lo cancelaron y si aún lo quieres tienes que hacer nuevamente el pedido y se tardarán de hora y media a todo el día.
Es el peor servicio a domicilio que hay, no conocen nada de servicio al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta personal, deberían contratar mas gente, no es posible que media hora nomás por un medicamento. Si saben que tienen mucha demanda sus productos ps inviertanle en empleados.
