★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy tuve la peor experiencia, ocupaba un medicamento urgente para mí enfermo, eran 9:40 pm, estaba ya cerrado, me atendieron por la ventana, me surtieron mi medicamento, hasta ahí todo bien, pero al momento de pagar, por una excusas absurdas al momento de pagar con mi tarjeta, "Es que mi terminal es fija, ¿no tiene otra forma de pago?", Yo no llevaba claramente otra forma de pagar, me negó mi medicamento, le comenté que me dejara pasar y digitar mi nip, me dijo- "No puede pasar, "esquiyacerramos", señora, no son ni las diez de la noche, déjeme pasar y teclear cuatro dígitos, "No le puedo vender su medicamento, si no trae otra forma de pago". No saben la impotencia al no poder llevarle el medicamento a mi enfermo, por una excusa, y perdón por la palabra, "Estúpida". Adentro había t tres trabajadores contando la que me "atendió, le pedí su nombre, no me lo quiso dar. Pésimo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super mal el trato que acabo de recibir al rededor de las 9 de la noche el dia de hoy , como con prisa por que ya iban de cierre yo me imagino y al momento de pagar quise hacerlo con MERCADO PAGO que se supone que lo tienen en farmacias del ahorro y resultan que la señorita solo, se limito a decir que no tenia MERCADO PAGO y pues muchas gracias por que no pude comprar nada no hizo ni siquiera el intento de preguntar como se hacia simplemente no nos cobro , pesimo y de super mal gusto por que uno va confiado y con prisa

Son las 4 de la tarde, y antes de decir buenas tardes que no tenía efectivo, que tenía que traer hasta los centavos, y que quería que apuntara la referencia del pago, le dije que cuál sería y me dice que ella no sabe, y muy déspota.
No creo que sea nueva a tal grado de no saber y además que esa no es la forma de atender, que no se le olvide que da un servicio al cliente y sino le gusta, que no trabaje de eso; ojalá que tomarán los malos comentarios que hay de esa farmacia, y cambien el personal o lo den de baja.
Se les olvida su función, que son unos simples empleados, nose que atribuciones tienen para tratar así al cliente.
