El doctor que esta en el turno de la tarde ( un señor canoso, lamentablemente no pregunté el nombre) PÉSIMO Y GROSERO, dice que no atiende dolor de garganta, fiebre, dolor de estómago, ,tampoco atiende niños ni ancianos ...ésto te lo dice con una actitud prepotente y grosera. Entonces que hace ahí? Entiendo que por el covid tenga miedo pero no todo el que va a consultar está contagiado... En otras sucursales si atienden, incluso en esa misma sucursal en el turno de la mañana, solo que éste doctor NO QUIERE BATALLAR, por lo visto no soy la única que se queja de él, mejor que ponga un letrero en la puerta que no esta atendiendo y ya, que siga calentando el asiento de su consultorio sin que nadie lo moleste

mal por el doctor anciano que consulta; lleve a mi mamá a consultar y no la quiso atender que porque segun el, era covid, y le cerro la puerta; muy poco profesional, deberían quitarle la cédula, si es que tiene; a las semanas yo fui a consultar por una gastritis y al final me exigía dejarle propina; fue ahí donde le recordé cuando no atendió a mi mamá; y no le di nada; deberían quitarlo; no soy el primero que se queja; es muy grosero; no dan ganas de respetarlo;

Tuve una mala experiencia. Pedí con receta unas gotas oftalmológicas; ya en caja la señorita marco en la registradora el artículo y le mencioné que era pago con tarjeta de crédito. Se pasó la tarjeta y enseguida llegó mi cobro. Pues según ella el sistema la saco y no se cobró, le mencioné que en mi aplicación apareció el mensaje de cargo y tuve que abrir la app para asegurarme si se hizo o no el cargo. Le dije a la seño que si tenía el cargo y pues me dijo que no. Como no tenía ella cómo verificar el cobro, tuve que pagar con otra tarjeta que porque mi tarjeta era la que estaba mal según la empleada y la encargada que ya se le había hablado, y por segunda vez pague el medicamento. Ella me aseguró que al siguiente día se vería la reposición del dinero pero hasta la fecha tengo dos cargos. Nefasto el sistemita mejor buscar otra opción.

I told the lady that she did have the position and she said no. Since she did not have a way to verify the payment, I had to pay with another card because my card was the wrong one according to the employee and the person in charge who had already spoken to her, and for the second time I paid for the medication. She assured me that the next day the money would be replaced but to date I have two charges. The little system is disastrous, it is better to look for another option.
