J	Javier Chinas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente en la última ocasión, adquirí un par de artículos, al pagar con mi tarjeta de crédito el cargo se me reflejo doble, acudí posteriormente a la sucursal para aclarar lo ocurrido, hasta el momento son cuatro ocasiones las que los he visitado y aun siguen con mi dinero y sin resolverme absolutamente nada. El servicio es bueno, para resolver alguna aclaración o asunto económico a favor del cliente, pésimo. Unfortunately on the last occasion, I bought a couple of items, when paying with my credit card the charge was reflected twice, I later went to the branch to clarify what happened, so far there are four occasions that I have visited them and they are still with my money and without solving absolutely anything. No es un consultorio muy concurrido, los precios son justos y accesibles. El costo de la consulta es economico. Hay estacionamiento un poco amplio para 5 vehículos. Hay varias entradas con rampa, que dan hacia el consultorio y hacia la farmacia. Cuentan con pruebas de antígenos y con las medidas necesarias por la pandemia. Gel antibacterial y revisión de fiebre. La última vez que acudí (hace 1 semana) me comentaron que era un fallo en todas las sucursales, que en ninguna se podría realizar, inmediatamente fui a otra sucursal y era mentira (ahí sí pude). Esto me ha pasado aproximadamente 7 veces, ojalá cambien al personal que labora ahí o resuelvan sus “fallos del sistema”. Terrible service.
