★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos servicio llegue a las 6:00 para hacer un pago y me negaron el servicio la atención fue pésima tuve que ir a otra farmacia que esta por circunvalación antes de la calzada y me atendieron bien y pude hacer los pago sin ningún problema y cuando llegue me recibieron con un cordial saludo.

Además cuenta con estacionamiento y reciben tarjetas de crédito. Si la recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de tener un protocolo de atención a clientes, tienen un pésimo servicio, fui por la noche y me atendió una persona de la patada, le pregunté sobre un medicamento y ni me contestó, me vendió lo que quiso!! Uno no llega a la farmacia por gusto lo hace por necesidad y lo menos que esperamos es un pésimo servicio!
They should have a customer service protocol, they have a lousy service, I went at night and a kick person attended me, I asked him about a medicine and he didn't even answer me, he sold me what he wanted!! You don't go to the pharmacy for pleasure, you do it out of necessity and the least we expect is a lousy service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice mi pedido en línea, a las 2 horas lo cerraron como "entregado" eran las 11 pm y ya nadie pudo darme respuesta. Hoy marque al centro de atención y la operadora Mayra me dice que tendré que ir a recogerlo yo a Sucursal o que puede cancelar y reembolsar en 72 horas, el pedido era de $1000, estoy enferma, necesito mi medicamento. Le comento que iré a recoger, que si que pasará con los $30 de propina que opte dar al repartidor, me dijo que "ese no era su tema, que lo viera en sucursal" ME TERMINO COLGANDO. PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN!
I placed my order online, after 2 hours they closed it as "delivered" it was 11 pm and no one could give me an answer. Today I dialed the service center and the operator Mayra told me that I would have to go to the Branch to pick it up or that I can cancel and refund in 72 hours, the order was $1000, I'm sick, I need my medication.
