★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes deseo interponer una queja sin embargo los colaboradores en turno me negaron hablar con su supervisor.
La Colaboradora Erika Hernández López o por lo menos es el nombre que me dió sin identificarse con credencial y sustentado por el Colaborador Lázaro Pineda Pablo quien dijo ser el supervisor en turno sin embargo su credencial lo identificaba como colaborador me negaron los datos para interponer mi queja la cual hago por este medio en vía de informarme el procedimiento oficial.
En primer lugar Erika Hernández el día de hoy a las 19:30 me atendió de manera muy despota y despectiva argumentando que no escuchaba lo que le decía, al subir mi tono de voz realizaba gesticulaciones que denotaban su mal humor al brindar la atención, acto seguido le doy el billete para pagar y me lo regresa diciendo "si quieres ir a cambiar porque no tenemos cambio" con voz reitero despectiva, su trato hacia mi persona como cliente y usuario de la farmacia fue demasiado deficiente y considero que todos como clientes merecemos respeto y un trato mejor.
sSi pudieran apoyarme por favor para poder interponer mi queja de manera formal y poder dar seguimiento.

 Good afternoon, I wish to file a complaint, however the collaborators on duty refused to speak to their supervisor.
Collaborator Erika Hernández López or at least it is the name she gave me without identifying herself with a credential and supported by Collaborator Lázaro Pineda Pablo who said she was the supervisor on duty, however her credential identified him as a collaborator. They denied me the data to file my complaint which I do hereby in route to inform me the official procedure.
In the first place, Erika Hernández today at 7:30 p.m. treated me in a very despicable and contemptuous way, arguing that she did not listen to what she was saying, when she raised my tone of voice she made gestures that denoted her bad mood when providing attention, act Often I give him the ticket to pay and he returns it to me saying "if you want to go to change because we have no change" in a derogatory voice, his treatment of me as a client and user of the pharmacy was too poor and I consider that all of us as clients deserve respect and a better treatment.
sIf you could support me please to be able to formally file my complaint and be able to follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de cambiar al personal, son prepotente, distraidos ya me vendieron cefalosporina de 500mg cuando era medicina para mí bebé y el doctor recetó polvo para silucion de 250ml, imagínense si no reviso mi receta!!!!! Todo por estar platicando y hacen el cambio de mala gana como si fuera mi culpa interrumpir su chisme!!!!
They should change the staff, they are arrogant, distracted, they already sold me 500mg cephalosporin when it was medicine for my baby and the doctor prescribed 250ml silicone powder, imagine if I don't check my prescription !!!!! All because they are talking and they reluctantly make the change as if it were my fault to interrupt their gossip !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojo con el personal, ayer pagué 2 pruebas de Anticuerpos para detectar si hubo covid, y al llegar solo hizieron la prueba de antigeno.
Aún mostrando el ticket el gerente fue poco razonable.
Aunq el servicio que ofrecen es una buena alternativa, solo al tratar con el personal asegurarse de que entiendan que es lo que estás pagando.
Be careful with the staff, yesterday I paid 2 Antibodies tests to detect if there was covid, and when they arrived they only did the antigen test.
Even showing the ticket the manager was unreasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, me negaron consulta médica, supuestamente porque tenía que sacar cita por Internet... y el consultorio estaba vacío. La doctora en turno es Luz Ocegueda. Para colmo su código QR no me dejaba entrar a "sacar" cita.
