Para la prueba covid, no sirve de NADA sacar cita te hacen esperar tal y como todos los que llegan SIN cita. Pésimo.
Según su precio es de 299 pero no es así, te cobran 346 (iva) vayas o no a facturar.

Entiendo que por la hora, solo se puede atender por ventanilla, le estoy pidiendo si me puede mostrar opciones dermatologicas pues mi bebe tiene rozaduras extrema de pañal y ya tengo todas las cremas convencionales y no le han ayudado, mañana tiene cita con pediatra, sin embargo le duele, por esa razón vine a estas horas a ver si encontraba alguna alternativa y la tipa no me quiso mostrar las opciones que había dermatologicas que porque la única que se refiere a rozaduras es la mustela, misma que ya tengo tbn.... Le pedí de otras marcas que porfavor echara un vistazo y ni siquiera fue quien para intentar... Me negó el servicio por completo y todavía me dice que mañana... Pro Dios!!! Peeeeesimo servicio, en donde queda la parte humana de servicio al cliente.... Pues uno no sale a estas horas porque no tiene nada que hacer a buscar cremas para rozaduras de pañal vdd?? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clientes que piden a domicilio de esta farmacia, NO LO HAGAN, no tiene repartidores y la App para celular ni siquiera te avisa que no hay, tiene que ir uno personalmente a recoger pedido en plena pandemia. Ya los reporté en PROFECO. Mucho ojo consumidores, no son la única opción de farmacia aquí en la ciudad/municipio.
