Gracias a que en su estacionamiento puedes quedar atrás de otro coche, cuando se iba a ir la persona del coche que tenía enfrente, salí a mover mi coche, regreso y el dependiente dice que tengo que formarme de nuevo y había al menos tres personas más (había dejado mi lugar encargado con la persona atrás de mi, pero ya estaba siendo atendida justo por este sujeto). Nada de servicio al cliente, cero criterio, cero amabilidad. Les recomiendo que pongan un sistema de turnos para sus clientes, yo no regresaré nunca. Tienen mejor servicio en Farmacia San Pablo
If I could I would give them zero stars. Thanks to the fact that in your parking lot you can stay behind another car, when the person in the car in front of you was going to leave, I went out to move my car, back and the clerk says I have to train again and there were at least three more (I had left my place in charge with the person behind me, but I was already being treated just by this subject). No customer service, zero criteria, zero friendliness. I recommend that you put a shift system for your clients, I will never return. They have better service in Farmacia San Pablo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine a hacer una prueba de antígenos y el doctor fue muy brusco, no hay necesidad de lastimar. llevo más de una hora y no me entregan mi resultado . El médico nada amable, la prueba se paga y el no está haciendo ningún favor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pague 5 pruebas en línea y acudi a la hora indicada. La señorita que atiende no tiene la menor idea y te hace preguntas sin sentido. Si no fuera por el policia que esta en la entrada (bastante amable), sería un caos.
Terrible service, pay 5 tests online and go at the indicated time. The lady who attends does not have the slightest idea and asks you meaningless questions. If it wasn't for the policeman at the entrance (quite friendly), it would be chaos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en pruebas de antígenos. La doctora tiene una pésima actitud, los empleados de farmacia no saben si va a llegar o no, de nada sirve hacer cita. Hay que ir con tiempo para desperdiciar al menos una hora.
Terrible service in antigen tests. The doctor has a terrible attitude, the pharmacy employees don't know if she's going to arrive or not, it's no use making an appointment. You have to go early to waste at least an hour.
