Badly trained the staff start talking instead of attending to the one who follows, I lasted 20 minutes behind another client who was paying in front of me, very badly coordinated I will not go there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la farmacia del ahorro Pedregal y Aztlán siempre tienen Cerrado en la tarde atienden por la ventanilla nunca tienen sistema y no te entregan ticket de compra y la encargada de tarde es muy grosera el servicio a clientes es pésimo necesita más capacitación
In the Pedregal and Aztlán savings pharmacy they always have closed in the afternoon they serve through the window they never have a system and they do not give you a purchase ticket and the afternoon manager is very rude the customer service is terrible needs more training

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba buscando un medicamento en varias farmacias del Ahorro, no lo encontraba, buscaron en su base de datos, me enviaron a esta farmacia donde me dijeron que había solo una caja, no me queda nada cerca de mi casa, al llegar, me llevé la nada grata sorpresa que la única caja que había estaba caduca, no me cayó nada en gracia.
I was looking for a medicine in several savings pharmacies, I could not find it, they searched its database, they sent me to this pharmacy where they told me there was only one box, I have nothing left near my house, when I arrived, I took the Nothing pleasantly surprised that the only box that was there was expired, I did not like anything.
