Pésima atención, la encargada de la caja del turno vespertino (7 pm) tiene cero tolerancia con los clientes, no está capacitada, no sabe realizar los cobros y no busca opciones para ayudar, sólo dice no se puede, aquí no es, cuando la hoja de referencia claramente dice que el pago se puede realizar en farmacia del ahorro, además te habla sumamente grosera, y como era la única en la farmacia no pude consultar a alguien más. Que mal que haya gente con cero actitud de servicio trabajando en atención al público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT GET YOUR COVID 19 TEST HERE!!!! The doctor is a very, very rude and slooooow old woman. My wife asked if she could accompany me to help with the language barrier and she literally shut the door in her face. So I said in the sweetest voice “Se me puede acompañar?”, to which she replied “No grites”. I was stunned. She was rude throughout and entered my information at a comically slow pace making me think she wanted me to walk out so she could stop working, so I did because I didn’t want her to be the one to swab me even if I had the time to wait. I said “perdón pero me voy” and she just said “te vas?” She wasn’t surprised. It must happen frequently. At least they refunded our money. We left for the airport and just got our tests there instead.
