★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una farmacia muy completa en cuanto a medicamentos, sin embargo muchas veces tienen en desabasto los medicamentos, aunque son pocas las veces pero al menos sugieren en cuál de las otras sucursales se puede adquirir el producto que se está buscando. Los precios son accesibles y tienen muchas ofertas, pero no las publican y no las ofrecen como en otras farmacias, hasta que uno mismo da la sugerencia de hacer válida la oferta. La atención en 5 años que tengo de ir a comprar medicamento o productos, no ha sido la mejor, les falta mucho esa atención al cliente que se busca en cualquier estableciemiento, ya que muchos vendedores de mostrador les falta tacto al momento de atender al cliente. Les falta una capacitación por parte de la empresa para, o al menos así se ve, sobre como tratar a los clientes.

The prices are accessible and they have many offers, but they do not publish them and they do not offer them as in other pharmacies, until one gives the suggestion to make the offer valid. The attention in 5 years that I have to go to buy medicine or products, has not been the best, they lack that customer service that is sought in any establishment, since many counter salespeople lack tact when serving the customer . They lack training from the company for, or so it seems, on how to treat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre pido la misma fórmula para mi bebé por telefono, ya habia habido otros detalles como que hacia un pedido y me marcaban horas despues para decirme que no lo iban a poder entregar ese dia, sino hasta el siguiente; sin embargo este ultimo pedido fue el colmo ellos se equivocaron y nos mandaron una formula distinta a la que pedi y que pido desde hace mas de un año y medio. Me doy cuenta porque abri la lata y la cuchara era de otro color (por fuera son muuy parecidas, Nutrilon Pepti Jr y Pepti Syneo). Marco para pedir un cambio y me dicen que no hay ni cambios ni devoluciones porque ya la abrí, aunque no la he usado y a pesar de que fue su error y ellos lo confirmaron. Gasté poco más de $400 en una formula que mi hija no puede tomar por su alergia y tengo que gastar nuevamente principalmente porque ellos se equivocaron, y yo no rectifique el producto (double check). No lo recomiendo, muy mal servicio al cliente.
