Attention is slow. Sometimes the staff are very inattentive, although afterwards there are many workers it seems that only one or two are on duty, the rest just looking, or they are putting things together, or they are talking, they waste a lot of time attending.

The telephone service is good, they make your order but then they call from the branch to cancel saying that the product is not there, if it wasn't there why did they close my order? The usual delivery guys don't want to go ?
