★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor, hice un pedido por medio de la página web, mi pedido nunca llegó, pero lo peor es que cuando cheque el estatus en la web me aparecía como entregado. Ya llevo más de una hora intentando que me hagan una aclaración y solo me dan otro número telefónico cada vez. Y también me comuniqué por medio de WhatsApp pero dice que solo me pueden atender en entrega a domicilio y en ese numero solo contesta una grabación diciendo que partir de cierta fecha solo recibirán pedidos via aplicación o web y cuelgan.
No fue un medicamento poco importante al contrario. Además nada barato. Ha sido la peor experiencia en Playa del Carmen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servicio de farmacia y la consulta médica deja mucho que desear con un Dr que el sábado me atendió sin desinfectar el área después de salir un paciente, tomó el control para prender el aire acondicionado y no se lavó las manos, tomó los algodones para sumergirlos en alcohol sin las medidas de higiene y al solicitarle me recetara otras gotas su respuesta fue: “sino hay aquí vaya a los similares que están al lado”, en lugar de cambiarme el médicamente ☹️
Very slow the pharmacy service and the medical consultation leaves much to be desired with a Dr who attended me on Saturday without disinfecting the area after a patient left, took control to turn on the air conditioning and did not wash his hands, took the cottons to immerse them in alcohol without hygiene measures and when I asked him to prescribe other drops, his answer was: "if there is not here go to the similar ones that are next door", instead of changing my medically ☹️
