★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper groseros los que atienden aquí, te atienden como si les estuvieras pidiendo regalado. No es la primera vez que me pasa en esta farmacia por eso una Estrella. En especial la empleada Esperanza Avila Martínez misma que expongo en las fotos se ganó incluso un reporte en la misma farmacia por su “amabilidad”. Le pregunté por un producto y me contestó “no lo vendemos”. Le dije”pero ya lo he comprado aquí” y como si me hiciera el favor de atenderme guardo otras cosas que ya le había pedido y me dejo hablando solo, al final fui a otra farmacia.
Super rude those who serve here, they serve you as if you were asking for a gift. It is not the first time that happens to me at this pharmacy, that's why a Star. Especially the employee Esperanza Avila Martínez herself that I expose in the photos even won a report in the same pharmacy for her "kindness". I asked him about a product and he said "we do not sell it". I told him "but I already bought it here" and as if he did me the favor of attending to me I keep other things that I had already asked for and he left me talking alone, in the end I went to another pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de las personas que están en mostrador. Compré un oximetro en línea (para no salir de casa) y resulta que no servía, así que tuve que ir directamente a la tienda porque en ningún teléfono me respondían. Para que me salgan con que no hay más producto, no pueden hacer devolución y demás pretextos...
Así que mi recomendación es, no compren en línea nada de aparatos para la salud, no pierdan su dinero como yo, ellos no entienden la palabra URGENCIA.
Terrible attitude of the people who are at the counter. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal y pésimo servicio nunca tienen sistema y tampoco tienen cambio y todavía te dicen que es nuestra obligación traer el cambio, que si sabemos que no tienen cambio para que vamos a esa sucursal en especial la Maria Vázquez Campos tiene esa mala actitud.
