Sin demeritar a la señora de las gorditas, claro....no tiene ni siquiera algo que la avale como médica, es prepotente, igualada, no usa bata, ni siquiera utiliza gafete...pfffff...en fin, si quieren una experiencia pésima aquí la pueden encontrar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su pagina es una porquería que nunca genera con éxito el pedido, luego pues a marcar por teléfono, que pesadilla, es real, media hora de pretextos y condiciones absurdas de requisitos y detalles insoportables, mas la media hora perdida en el sitio web, en total 1 hora para hacer un pedido de unos medicamentos y un oximetro, son de esas empresa que no aprendieron a usar la tecnología a favor, son torpes e ineficientes. Otra farmacia a unas cuadras de mi casa, de esa farmacias pequeñas sin sucursales, marque por teléfono, tomaron el pedido en 3 minutos, llego en 10 minutos. Todo perfecto. Empresas como farmacias del ahorro tienen mucho que aprender de los negocios pequeños que ademas destruyen con su enorme cadena. Nos están dejando sin farmacias de barrio y a cambio nos dan farmacias de pésimo servicio y baja eficiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, buen surtido de medicamentos genéricos y de patente, algunas medidas de sanidad, no toman temperatura al entrar pero si piden cubrebocas, un problema poderse estacionar en la calle, en especial los jueves que hay un mercado sobre ruedas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organización excelente. Solo dejan pasar una persona por cliente. Te toman la temperatura al entrar y hay gel antibacterial. Normalmente siempre tienen gente pero hay varios chicos atendiendo. Son rápidos y eficientes, si esperas en la fila buscan que es lo que quieres para que, al llegar a caja ya tienen el producto. Aceptan tarjetas de crédito y débito.
Excellent organization. They only allow one person per customer to pass. They take your temperature when you enter and there is antibacterial gel. Usually they always have people but there are several guys attending. They are fast and efficient, if you wait in line they look for what you want so that, when you arrive at the checkout they already have the product. They accept credit and debit cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urgente despidan de esta sucursal de claveria a todo el personal de mostrador que debería de atender eficiente y cordialmenter a nosotros los clientes. Son groseras, pedantes, no ponen atención en lo que se les solicita y ante tanta incompetencia de su parte, todavía más groseras se ponen y provocan largas filas. Tienen una pésima actitud de servicio. Por piedad hagan una buena selección de personal y ya despidanlas dan pésimo servicio e imagen a la Farmacia
