★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi en lo personal no m gusto la atención, se tardaron más de 10 minutos en atender a un cliente, la fila de espera estaba larga. Había otras 2 personas y solo una en la caja dando atención. Yo quise pasar haber si había lo que quería pork no era medicamento y una persona muy grosera m negó el acceso, soy de Atizapan y aquí el servicio es totalmente distinto me hubiera esperado a llegar a mi lugar.
Personally, I did not like the attention, it took more than 10 minutes to attend to a client, the waiting line was long. There were 2 other people and only one in the box giving attention. I wanted to pass if there was what I wanted pork, it was not medicine and a very rude person denied me access, I am from Atizapan and here the service is totally different I would have waited to get to my place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui el servicio es muy bueno pero nunca hay del medicamento que necesito a pesar que en el servicio en linea aparece a la hora de comprar no hay existencias.
en general odio el servicio en linea y a domicilio , raro es el asesor quien no te corta antes de que termines de hacer la pregunta , totalmente no les importa que no puedas comprarlo, que lastima pierden muchos clientes porque es un asco si no pides la información que ellos quieren no les interesa y te cortan el chat por whats y por messenger bot.
Al menos esta sucursal no es tan truculenta como la de eje 8.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia,las señoras o señoritas que atienden son muy groseras y flojas no quieren buscar lo q les pides no por q lo tienen q buscar en la computadora,mal encaradas y tratan mal a los clientes y lo peor nunca tienen nada o más bien nunca quieren buscar y niegan el producto ojalá hagan algo para mejorar el servicio!
