Con respecto a los datos de la receta de medicamentos el ISSEA señala lo siguiente:
Datos obligatorios impresos:
1.-Nombre de quien prescribe Domicilio completo de quien prescribe
2.-Número de cédula profesional del médico (y de especialidad en su caso)
3.-Nombre de la Institución que otorgo el título profesional de medicina general (y de especialidad en su caso)
4.-Especialidad del Médico
Información Obligatoria (manuscrita o de computadora)
1.-Fecha de emisión de la receta.
2.-Firma autógrafa del médico (manuscrita).
3.-Nombre y edad del paciente.
4.-Denominación genérica y en su caso, distintiva del medicamento.
5.-Dosis.
6.-Presentación comercial (indicar forma farmacéutica, contenido y concentración del medicamento).
7.-Vía de administración.
8.-Frecuencia.
9.-Tiempo de duración del tratamiento.
10.-Cantidad por surtir (no mas de 2 piezas del mismo medicamento para fracción II y la indicada por el médico en caso de fracción III)
11.-Para recetas de instituciones públicas o privadas, sello de la institución.

Regarding the data of the prescription of medicines, the ISSEA indicates the following:
Mandatory printed data:
1.-Name of the prescriber Full address of the prescriber
2.-Professional identification number of the doctor (and specialty, if applicable)
3.-Name of the Institution that granted the professional title of general medicine (and specialty where appropriate)
4.-Specialty of the Doctor
Mandatory information (handwritten or computer)
1.-Date of issuance of the prescription.
2.-Handwritten signature of the doctor (handwritten).
3.-Name and age of the patient.
4.-Generic and, where appropriate, distinctive name of the drug.
5.-Dose.
6.-Commercial presentation (indicate pharmaceutical form, content and concentration of the drug).
7.-Route of administration.
8.-Frequency.
9.-Duration of treatment.
10.-Quantity to be dispensed (no more than 2 pieces of the same medicine for fraction II and the one indicated by the doctor in case of fraction III)
11.-For recipes from public or private institutions, stamp of the institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo mi receta con especificaciones que pide la COFEPRIS DE UN MEDICAMENTO CONTROLADO y las señoritas te hacen esperar mucho para decirte que te faltan datos.
Por ejemplo tomar una capsula cada 24 horas por 30 dias.
Y ellas te dicen: no especifica cuantas capsulas trae la caja.
Cuando el medicamento tiene única presentación de 30 capsulas.
En verdad no saben leer o no las capacitan.
I have my prescription with specifications that COFEPRIS asks for FOR A CONTROLLED MEDICATION and the ladies make you wait a long time to tell you that you lack data.
For example, take one capsule every 24 hours for 30 days.
And they tell you: it does not specify how many capsules the box brings.

They do not answer the phones, the prices are higher than in other pharmaceutical chains, the application does not work, they tell you that they send the medicine to your home but it never arrives, lousy service
