Me confirmaron entrega en 1hr, a las 8 pm debía llegar, y aún nada. Son 10:30pm.
Ahora llamo para saber si hay algún retraso y me cuelgan el teléfono, o me dejan en espera por 20mins.
Obviamente jamás vuelvo a comprar nada aquí, ya que tenía una urgencia médica que atender, y su pésimo servicio y su total falta de ética, responsabilidad y seriedad, así como su indolencia e ignorancia arrogante, complicaron la situación de mi paciente.
Es este pésimo Servicio el que me lleva a publicar que esta empresa es irresponsable, arrogante e inútil.
Terrible service.
They confirmed delivery in 1hr, at 8pm I had to arrive, and still nothing. It's 10:30 pm.
Now I call to see if there is any delay and they hang up the phone, or leave me on hold for 20mins.
