★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No podemos evitar los inconvenientes por causas ajenas al personal que atiende, tampoco podemos pasar por alto que finalmente son seres humanos y pueden fallar.
Lo que no debería pasar es que después de llegar casi una hora tarde el médico trate mal a las personas y no sea capaz de ofrecer una disculpa por la tardanza.
Ofrecen citas a partir de las 9:00, mi hija tenía cita 9:15 y fue atendida hasta 10:30
Insisto que causa más molestia la mala atención que cualquier cosa que haya provocado ese atraso.
