★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre un poco lento el servicio cuándo no hay nadie y muuy lento cuando hay más gente. Hay varios empleados y siempre se ponen a comer o a hacer otras cosas que solo hace más lento el servicio.
Mi queja es la tardanza, siempre la tardanza. Aún así le doy calificación como buena porque si hay lo que necesito.
Service is always a bit slow when no one is around and very slow when there are more people. There are several employees and they always start eating or doing other things that only slows down the service.
My complaint is the delay, always the delay. Still I give it a good grade because there is what I need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima página para agendar prueba COVID, no le veo ningún sentido tener un folio de cita y cumplir con sus indicaciones para que al llegar no hagan su trabajo solo por que su página tiene fallas.
Terrible page to schedule a COVID test, I don't see any point in having an appointment sheet and complying with their instructions so that when they arrive they don't do their job just because their page has flaws.
