Es un servicio pésimo, no les importa si no te mandan las medicinas que requieres en una emergencia, no les importa en lo absoluto que te quejes y no brindarte el servicio, si se pudiera multar o cerrar el establecimiento por falta de seriedad en un tema tan delicado como la salud, no estaría de más que alguien le hiciera el favor a la gente de hacerlo par que NO PIERDAN su tiempo esperando todas las horas del mundo y que no les importe en lo absoluto si te pasa algo! Le hago un favor a la gente de advertir que comprar en servicio a domicilio es una pérdida de tiempo absoluta! The worst experience! Es inverosímil que el Director de Logística y Servicio al Cliente no tengan la capacidad de pensar que cuando te dan una receta de aseguradora no SIEMPRE será una caja y como en su burocracia no pueden entregar LO QUE SIEMPRE TIENEN una caja, optan por sus valores Corporativos: NEGAR EL SERVICIO como si se tratara de un negocio que no tiene relación con la SALUD e integridad de una persona. Afortunadamente hay otros negocios a la altura del Sector Salud que tienen personal y logística pensando en el CLIENTE (paciente) no sólo en el bolsillo del accionista. Por lo menos deberían capacitar a su personal para atender rápido y aprender a negar un servicio por su incapacidad como negocio de calidad. Terrible service.
