No es 24 horas!! De hecho abren tarde y solo dan 30 fichas para prueba covid, todavía peor el consultorio que abre hasta las 8!!!

NO es 24 hrs. inventan pretextos para decir que no hay servicio y además te atienden de muy mala gana, nada amables.

NO es 24 horas, durante el dia te atienden de malas y durante la noche si vas a tocar te dicen que no hay servicio. Pasé por un paquete de amazon y parece que me estaba haciendo un favor la señora.
It is NOT 24 hours, during the day they treat you badly and during the night if you are going to play they tell you that there is no service. I went through a package from amazon and it looks like the lady was doing me a favor.

Surti mi receta médica justo hoy a las 14:59 y no tenían un medicamento patente que necesitaba y como urgía pedí marca ahorro pero me surtieron una ampolleta rota como si ya estuviera usada, lamentablemente cometí el error de no revisar mi medicamento como usualmente lo hago me urgía y me fui, llegué y la encontré vacía, OJO EN ESO. ..

Se supone que es 24hrs, estuve 15 min tocando, no salió nadie, pésimo servicio. Si no le sgusta su trabajo o los horarios, deberían de dejar la vacante a gente que de verdad lo necesita y esta dispuesto a cumplir con el mismo.
It's supposed to be 24 hours, I was playing for 15 minutes, nobody came out, terrible service. If you do not like your job or the schedules, you should leave the vacancy to people who really need it and are willing to fulfill it.

no facturan y si quieres facturar en línea es imposible, muy mala atención en su teléfono de servicio al cliente. nadie resuelve y solo te dicen que llames en 48 horas, y asi te tienes cada 48 horas. gente muy poco profesional y nada comprometida. mejor comprar en otra farmacia.
They do not bill and if you want to bill online it is impossible, very bad attention on their customer service phone. nobody resolves and they only tell you to call in 48 hours, and so you have every 48 hours. Very unprofessional and uncommitted people. better to buy in another pharmacy.

Mi cita para prueba COVID era 6:55, llegue al consultorio 6:57 por que primero se tenía que pagar la prueba y se tardaron en atenderme, al tocarle la puerta al doctor para que me atendiera, muy grosero y con tono horrible me dice que el ya cerro que ya no me puede atender por qué mi cita era 6:55, yo respeto tiempos y lo entiendo por que igual trabajo para servicio al cliente, pero la forma en que se expresa y pésima, fui a otra farmacia y resulta que salí positiva a COVID, no se que hubiera pasado si ya no hubiera ido a otra farmacia y podría contagiar a mis familiares, BRAVO!! Pésimo doctor
