★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, parece increíble que venden miles de pesos al día y no tienen ni 10 pesos de cambio, atención farmacias del ahorro, ya que por personal tan incompetente ustedes pierden, las 10 veces que he visitado la tienda 10 veces se me ha negado el servicio por falta de cambio.
 Terrible service, it seems incredible that they sell thousands of pesos a day and do not even have 10 pesos of change, attention to savings pharmacies, because because of such incompetent personnel you lose, the 10 times I have visited the store 10 times I have been denied the service for lack of change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del personal, antier acudí a realizar un pago de servicios, siendo las 3:30 pm la cajera me dijo que no tenía cambio. Anteriormente ya me había pasado esto y con la misma señora, pero en esta ocasión si me molesté (como es posible que un negocio de esa magnitud no tenga nunca cambio) y encina de todo se molesto por qué pedí hablar con el gerente. No recomiendo acudir a este establecimiento, espero que si alguien lee este comentario y puede hacer algo al respecto, lo haga. No es justo que a los clientes nos traten de esa manera tan grosera.
Terrible attention from the staff, the day before I went to make a payment for services, at 3:30 pm the cashier told me that she had no change. This had already happened to me before and with the same lady, but this time I was upset (how is it possible that a business of this magnitude never has change) and everything was upset why I asked to speak to the manager. I do not recommend going to this establishment, I hope that if someone reads this comment and can do something about it, they will. It's not fair that customers treat us in such a rude way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de los vendedores, mal encaradas y aunque les compres 80 en mercancía y pagues con uno de 100 te niegan la venta por que tienes que llévar cambio, siempre es lo mismo, no vuelvo a regresar.
Terrible service from the sellers, bad attitude and even if you buy 80 in merchandise and pay with one of 100 they deny you the sale because you have to bring change, it is always the same, I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de una de sus empleadas, se llama Rosa Castillo (lo sé porque viene su nombre en el ticket) Deberían de aprender a qué están prestando un servicio y deben ser empáticos y amables con los clientes.
Si uno es amble con ellos no veo porque ellos que son los que están prestando el servicio no sean amables y con uno

If you are kind to them, I don't see why they, who are providing the service, shouldn't be kind to you.
