Volví después de 1 hora, antes fui al médico por una nueva receta completa con firma, sello, nombre y todo (no faltaba nada) y el joven que me atiende (Luis), recordando que faltaba la firma en la receta anterior NO QUISO DARME QUE LA FIRMA ERA FALSA. Le pregunté sobre el gerente y sólo después de insistir salió y tuvo que encontrar algo mal ... entonces ahora la NUEVA EXCUSA fue que la receta fue escrito mal. PÉRDIDA DE TIEMPO - MALEDUCADOS - NO SABEN ESPERAR AL CLIENTE. No era la primera vez que tenía una experiencia pésima en esta farmacia. Lo cual es completamente contrario a cómo te reciben en la Ahorro de la Juárez.
I went to buy a controlled substance with a prescription. The prescription did not have the doctor's signature and, for good reason, they did not give it to me. I returned after 1 hour, before I went to the doctor for a new complete prescription with signature, stamp, name and everything (nothing was missing) and the young man who attends me (Luis), remembering that the signature was missing from the previous prescription, DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME THAT THE SIGNATURE WAS FALSE. I asked him about the manager and only after insisting he came out and had to find something wrong ... then now the NEW EXCUSE was that the recipe was misspelled. WASTE OF TIME - EVIL - DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WAIT FOR THE CUSTOMER. It was not the first time that I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. Which is completely contrary to how they receive you in the Ahorro de la Juárez.
