En otra ocasión fui a comprar un producto dermatológico y no me dieron el correcto, cuando fui a cambiarlo la misma señora le dijo a su compañera en voz baja “dile que no hay” cuando claramente si había… al final me dijeron que el que ya había comprado si era y les creí. Pasaron los días porque investigue en internet y no era lo que había pedido, me di cuenta que solo dijeron eso para no hacer devolución ni cambio, pero ya llevaba una semana usando el producto. Hay 3-4 personas laborando ahí pero solamente 1 o 2 atienden mientras las otras disfrutan de ver su celular y platicar / esconderse. Esto me ha sucedido más de 3 veces, por ello comparto mi opinión. La más reciente fue esta semana cuando hice una fila innecesaria para pagar mi artículo que ya tenia ya en mano, marcado en $780 pero llegando a caja me dice que cuesta $860 y cuando le enseño la evidencia de la etiqueta me dice: no nos da tiempo de cambiar precios. Le respondo: deben de respetar el precio que marcan en los artículos. Su respuesta: ¿se lo va a llevar o no? (….) en fin, ojalá su actitud también suba cómo sus precios. No tuve más que esperar mucho a poder pedirla, las personas no van a pagar un solo servicio y eso retrasa todo. Ya parece más un BANCO que una farmacia. Estoy de acuerdo que manejen esa opción, es útil pero que respeten el módulo destinado para ello. En verdad, no se les olvide que habemos los que asistimos a las FARMACIAS a comprar medicamentos no solo a pagar servicios. D	DIANA INIESTRA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a solicitar un ticket a las 7:25 pm y me fue entregado , después de esperar 45 min la Dra salió a recibir a un paciente y me dijo q no me atendería p q sale a las 8:30 pm , le informe q tenía el ticket y dijo si quieren esperar pero no les voy q recibir , nos dio un trato indigno y muy grosera , le insistí q mi hija se sentía muy mal y dijo q todos los q acuden irónicamente y riéndose dijo por qué se sienten mal por eso vienen , fue muy frustrante escuchar esa respuesta y un rotundo no , cuando eran apenas 7:55 pm , no deberían de tener médicos faltos de profesionalismo y cero Ética , no dedicados y cero sensibles

Recommended to go early in the morning as it could get very busy later on. For late evening services be aware that clients wont be able to access the shop and will be attending solely from window at the door due to safety measures of the drugstore brand. Therefore cash payment will be the best to go, as if you want to pay by CC the terminal is not wireless and they will ask you to give your card and give your card 3 digit code. I always recommend to download the APP first and check the items you want to purchase so it is easier and faster.
