★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio a domicilio y pésima atención telefonica , se pidieron unos medicamentos a las 15:30 hr y nunca llegaron, estuvimos esperando para que llegaran hablando para saber y solo te dicen ya esta por su domicilio, es solo un repartidor mas de 4 hr y nada puras escusas, primera y última vez que pido ahí o compro 1000 veces mejor farmacia San Pablo, ademas una señorita que contesta muy despota, mi compra sería por más de 1000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad humana y Ética , esta doctora fingió inyectarme ... al pedirle me mostrara la ampoyeta que según me había aplicado se negó , busque en la basura y estaba íntegro el producto lo que quiere decir se roban el medicamento , lo reporte con el gerente y nada profesional me dieron el avión , lo mismo que el dichoso call center !!! Tengan cuidado por favor ya que te cobran los productos , fingen que te regalan la consulta pero te roban !

Solicite un medicamento que es controlado, y llevaba mi receta emitida por un médico, el personal me lo negó con el argumento de que tenía que tener un dato irrelevante, cuando tiene la cédula y datos del médico. Cómo resultado tuve que ir con la competencia, San Pablo para que me lo vendieran, y ellos me lo vendieron sin problema. En ninguna parte de la legislación mexicana solicita lo que pedía está persona de Farmacias del Ahorro, y yo la leo a diario. El personal de esta cadena carece de conocimiento de productos controlados y en otras circunstancias que me han ocurrido.

Pero OJO si van después de las 10. Estuve tocando la puerta y ventanas 5 minutos y nada. Les marqué y lo mismo.
Desgraciadamente fue un momento de urgencia así que si tienen urgencia, mejor vayan a la San Pablo de la esquina.
