A las 7.10 pm hice un pedido a domicilio de medicamento, hablo a las 9.30 pm a preguntar porque no ha llegado y en ese momento me dicen que no va a llegar porque mi sucursal no cuenta ya con repartidor.
Si yo no marco, no me dicen.
Al enojarme y decirles que ahora tengo que salir a buscar los medicamentos y dejar a mi familiar enfermo solo, su respuesta es " no se preocupe, la mayoría de las farmacias abren 24 horas"?????
THE WORST EXPERIENCE
At 7.10 pm I placed an order at home for medication, I speak at 9.30 pm to ask why it has not arrived and at that time they tell me that it will not arrive because my branch does not already have a dealer.
If I don't mark, they don't tell me.
When I get angry and tell them that now I have to go out to look for the medicines and leave my family member sick alone, his answer is "don't worry, most pharmacies open 24 hours" ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine en sábado a hacerme la prueba de antígenos, y estando aquí me dicen que los sábados el doctor descansa, el problema es que en ningún lado dice eso, ni en la página web o en la sucursal. Mal servicio.

La señora que estaba atendiendo me dio el medicamento incorrecto y al reclamarle me dijo que era lo que tenían y se enojo porque obvio no quise el medicamento . Super lentos al atender y con pésima atención y mal carácter sobre todo de noche.
Terrible Attention
The lady who was attending gave me the wrong medicine and when I complained she told me that it was what they had and she got angry because obviously I did not want the medicine. Super slow to attend and with terrible attention and bad character especially at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. 6 minutes just for them to pick up the phone and they end up hanging on me. If you don’t have an account with them don’t even bother trying to get one cause they have no time for you or your needs. And the worst of it all is doing all the drama while being sick and nauseous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl behind the counter was very rude because my Spanish was not perfect. She rolled her eyes and wasn’t willing to help when I was inquiring about the Covid tests. Had a much better experience with San Pablo pharmacy down the street!
