★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cajera de apellido Grimaldo, no me quería cobrar mis artículos porque decía que no tenía cambio, el vigilante de la farmacia amablemente se ofreció a cambiar mi billete. Lo que me molestó fue cuando la señorita se puso a contar el dinero frente a mi y contaba con billetes De distintas de denominaciones y suficientes para entregarme el cambio.
A cashier named Grimaldo, I did not want to collect my items because I said I had no change, the pharmacy guard kindly offered to change my ticket. What bothered me was when the lady started counting the money in front of me and had bills of different denominations and enough to hand over the change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó yo tenía saldo en una tarjeta antigua y obtuve una nueva me dijo la vendedora que podía transferir mi saldo tú me dió mi número antiguo y me explico cómo hacerlo deje pasar varios meses tres o cuatro y hoy que realizaría una compra decidí usar ese saldo de 300 pesos y mi sorpresa mi tarjeta anterior ya está bloqueada y sin saldo ....lo que me hace pensar que la señora de la farmacia realizó esa transferencia a otra tarjeta con mis datos y ella se quedó mi dinero electrónico ya que cuando hizo mi tarjeta nueva apunto mis datos .....no es la primera vez que pasa en una compra con la vendedora de noche no me puso mi tarjeta ya que se mi num de tarjeta actual ...y no eran las terminaciones de mi tarjeta ....exijo que estás tipas no se pasen de listas y nos entreguen con honestidad lo que la empresa ofrece...esto paso en octubre 2020 lo de mi dinero electrónico.....
I did not like it, I had a balance on an old card and I got a new one, the seller told me that I could transfer my balance, you gave me my old number and she explained how to do it, let three or four months pass and today that I would make a purchase I decided to use that balance of 300 pesos and my surprise my previous card is already blocked and without balance .... which makes me think that the lady from the pharmacy made that transfer to another card with my data and she kept my electronic money since when I made my new card I wrote down my data ..... it is not the first time that it happens in a purchase with the night salesperson, she did not give me my card since I know my current card number ... and they were not the terminations of my card .... I demand that these women do not go overboard and give us honestly what the company offers ... this happened in October 2020 about my electronic money .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio bueno, lo malísimo es que no tengan cambio, llevé mis medicamentos y me regresé por agua quise pagar con 50 pesos un monto de 24 pesos y no tenían cambio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de su personal, groseras y no les escribo lo que realmente son por respeto a quien vaya a leer esto, pero en fin por eso tienen las reseñas que tienen.
Ojalá y la empresa haga algo, gente con esa actitud no sirve en ningún lado
Terrible service from their staff, rude and I don't write what they really are out of respect for whoever is going to read this, but anyway that's why they have the reviews they have.
I hope the company does something, people with that attitude are useless anywhere
