I made a call to your customer service center to transfer a balance from a savings wallet and I think that the person who attended me stole my balance, told me that I had already made the transfer and the next day there was no trace of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandaron a esta sucursal desde la sucursal Musa de León porque no tenían el producto que buscaba. Cuando llegué ya estaba cerrado pero aún eran las 10:30 pm. Así como yo habían otras personas afuera.
They sent me to this branch from the Musa de León branch because they did not have the product I was looking for. When I arrived it was already closed but it was still 10:30 pm. Just like me there were other people outside.
