★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos ineptos, realizas el pedido, te llega 3 horas después y si no tienes la receta no te lo dejan, pero como ya pagaste ahora te tienes que esperar 5 dias para que te realicen el reembolso, llamas al numero de telefono y nunca te contestan. No te resuelven nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente no puedo más que dar muy malos comentarios con respecto a farmacias del ahorro, que de ahorro no tienen nada,he comprobado que los precios que dan están mucho más arriba que otras farmacias. Siempre que solicito un medicamentos vía telefónica será mala suerte la mía pero nunca tienen nada. Cuando voy directamente a mostrador tardan mucho en atender, y su personal no está capacitado. Espero que en realidad los comentarios que reciben los tomen en cuenta para mejorar el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio de entrega a domicilio, a pesar de que estaba lloviendo muy fuerte el chico llego a la hora que me dijeron, tomando en cuenta que se exponen por la lluvia felicidades a todos los repartidores ya que sin ellos no tendríamos esta comodidad, y nos toca a los consumidores valorar su trabajo de ellos corren riesgos cada día, y aveces hay gente que es coda y no les dan una buena propina, yo los invito a que empecemos a valorar a todas las personas que trabajan así, repartiendo productos etc, es una comodidad que nos brindan.

Se les olvida quien es el importante en los negocio. De verdad son un asco las personas que ahí según atienden.
Y que regreso hoy y el servicio sigue siendo pésimo
7 personas en la farmacia según cómo empleados y sólo 2 cobrando los demás son hacer nada y dando vueltas haciendo que trabajan!
Pero a la cadena le vale lo que uno diga
Ya son dia veces con la misma experiencia!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discriminan a la gente por su apariencia, no me quisieron vender el encargado, primero menciona que si tienen el medicamento pero dudaba dei receta, me hizo ir a cambiarla regreso a la media hora y me dice que no tiene el medicamento cuando había dicho que si lo tenía, mientras mi enfermo necesitando su medicamento para las convulsiones, que poca su p#+@ M@€&€
