★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacerme una pruena de covid y al llegar no habia servicio medico.
Me dieron mala atención diciendo que regresara otro día, siendo que ya habia agendado cita y me urgia la prueba por el trabajo. Me confíe por tener cita y me meti en un aprieta, tuve que ir a otro lugar a mera hora.
I went to get a covid test and when I arrived there was no medical service.
They gave me bad attention telling me to come back another day, since I had already scheduled an appointment and I was urged to test for work. He trusted me for having an appointment and I got into a bind, I had to go to another place at a mere hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, saque una cita por el portal para prueba de antígenos y la pague en linea, y cuando fui a realizarme la prueba, me dijeron que ese día no iba el doctor que era su día libre, pregunte que pasaba con mi dinero o que podia hacer y me contestaron qué no sabían, pregunte por el nombre del gerente de la sucursal y me dijeron que no podian darme ningun nombre.
Que mal sentido de resolucion de problemas. Independientemente si no tienen el conocimiento del tema de la plataforma, no hay respuesta.
Muy mal, levante reporte para que me reembolsaran mi dibero y hasta la fecha no dan solución.
No recomiendo comprar ahí, la sucursal además se ve descuidada y sucia.
Fui a farmacias san pablo y que diferencia me atendieron bien a costo muy competitivo y eficiente.
Bad attention, I made an appointment through the portal for antigen testing and paid for it online, and when I went to take the test, they told me that the doctor did not go that day that it was his day off, I asked what happened with my money or what I could do and they answered me what they did not know, I asked for the name of the branch manager and they told me that they could not give me any name.
What a bad sense of problem solving. Regardless if they do not have the knowledge of the subject of the platform, there is no answer.
Too bad, I raised a report so that they would refund my dibero and to date they have no solution.
I don't recommend buying there, the branch also looks run down and dirty.
I went to San Pablo pharmacies and what a difference they treated me well at a very competitive and efficient cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bien, pero si vas en horario nocturno lleva efectivo. No te dejan pasar y te piden tu tarjeta y tú nip, cosa que me molestó mucho por ser una emergencia. También la enfermera se clava los puntos de tus compras si no tienes tarjeta con ellos. Usualmente no me molesta pero esta ves si!!!!
It's fine, but if you go at night, bring cash. They don't let you pass and they ask for your card and your nip, which bothered me a lot because it was an emergency. The nurse also scores the points for your purchases if you don't have a card with them. Usually it doesn't bother me but this time it does !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo general son lentos tardan mucho en cobrar y no tenía grandes quejas, lo que si es verdaderamente irritante es que fui en domingo a las 10 am, me atendieron por ventanita y quería que le diera mi NIP a la cajera para pagar con tarjeta. Sé que es una zona peligrosa y por las noches es mejor ir con efectivo pero hoy si no había excusa y todavía me dice la señorita -si no confía puede ir a otra sucursal hahaha.
In general, they are slow, they take a long time to collect and I did not have big complaints, what is really irritating is that I went on Sunday at 10 am, they attended to me at the window and wanted me to give my PIN to the cashier to pay with a card. I know it is a dangerous area and at night it is better to go with cash but today if there was no excuse and the lady still tells me - if you do not trust you can go to another branch hahaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan mucho cuidado amigos, hoy 05/05/22 fui y no me percate de los que les voy a comentar ya que me sentia mal por infeccion respiratoria, hasta que llegue a mi casa y ver el ticket, la srita me surtio mi receta dos en especifico, ceftriaxona y ciprofloxacino y una jeringa para la inyeccion, en total fue 320 aproximadamente, pague y todo y me fui, al llegar a mi casa y ver el ticket vi que decia ciprofloxacino x2, y no estaba la ceftriaxona, osea no mamen me cobro 160 x2 y la inyeccion, al final fueron 100 varos mas, perdon por las palabras, pero ya ni la friegan si quieren mas dinero, trabajen en otro lado o yo que se, la veradad de tan mal que me siento ni ganas de regresar a reclamar, pero que mal por la empresa que queda mal, en fin, estamos en mexico y menos en zonas como garibaldi. OJO MUCHO OJOOOOO

1) el personal no está capacitado. Tardan hasta 20 minutos en despachar una receta. No siguen procesos. Puede estar la fila larguísima y aún así no se apresuran. Lo peor como cliente es ir por la noche; de por sí la zona es bastante insegura, y los empleados tardan muchísimo. No tienen cambio, o solicitan el nip de la tarjeta.
2) jamás ha sido limpiada la farmacia... decir que está sucia es lo menos...el piso está asqueroso. Es increíble que la marca no cuide ni supervise las franquicias...
Two big problems in this branch:
1) the staff is not trained. They take up to 20 minutes to fill a prescription. They do not follow processes. The queue can be very long and they still don't rush. The worst as a client is to go at night; in itself the area is quite insecure, and the employees take forever. They don't have change, or they request the card's PIN.
2) the pharmacy has never been cleaned... to say that it is dirty is the least... the floor is disgusting. It is incredible that the brand does not take care or supervise the franchises...
