★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente hoy me toco ser atendida por una señora muy enojada, me puso muchos pretextos para atender mi receta de vitamedica, haciendo comentarios como que no servía su sistema y que no queria que se le juntara la gente, incluso me pidió mas identificaciones que las que me piden normalmente y bueno al final y con mucho alivio por parte de ella, sali sin mi medicamento. Capaciten a su personal. Sobre todo en estos momentos, requerimos personal dispuesto a atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respecto al servicio de la farmacia, la atención al cliente es pésima, el personal muestra mala cara, no son amables, no dejan de platicar entre ellas para atender al cliente, te dejan esperando de forma grosera, se voltean para seguir haciendo todo menos atenderte y no les importa en lo mínimo que el cliente esté esperando ser atendido. Por otro lado, el servicio médico de la doctora del turno matutino es excelente, es una persona muy capacitada para su trabajo, amable y con mucha experiencia y tacto con los pacientes.
