★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, solo que la gente se molesta por lo de las llamadas que no atiende pero entiéndase que ahí no se contestan las llamadas si no en un call Center, está muy bonita esa farmacia y gran variedad hasta productos dermatológicos

Buscaba un producto y como no estaba donde se supone que tenía su lugar, me contestó que aparecía una pieza, pero que tendría que ponerse a buscarla y que tenía que atender a los clientes. Un señor que estaba antes de que me atendiera, hasta le buscó todos los sabores del producto que necesitaba. A mí, ni me quiso atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De sucursal en Lindavista me mandaron ahí para la prueba del Covid. Ahí me dijeron que había que hacer cita en la página web de Farmacias del Ahorro. Yo ya la había revisado y no encontré indicaciones. De otro modo, no hubiera ido a la sucursal de Politécnico. En fin, me dijeron que además había mucha gente y que la doctora se tardaba ¡30 minutos con cada paciente! Mejor me fui al Chopo, de Politécnico. Más caro pero en menos de una hora ya estaba todo listo.
