★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, llame por teléfono para preguntar si tenían el medicamento que necesito, después de me proporcionarme información de 1 medicamento y decirme que no manejaba dos, lo único que me dijo “nada más se proporcionan tres señorita, ya le dije cuatro” y me colgó, no volvió a contestar. No sabía que un negocio tenía límite de información para proporcionar sobre productos que venden, sobre todo de medicamentos. Deberían entrenar a su personal de una mejor manera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente. La Señora Yesenia me atendió de una forma muy grosera, sin respeto en absoluto al cliente y con faltas de respeto a mi persona. Molesta porque solicite una devolución de medicamento marcado como precio máximo al publico en 350 y ahi lo venden en 460. En una vitamina D que ahorita se esta vendiendo mucho por el COVID.
En otros lados la tienen en 260. Es un abuso el precio y sobre todo la pésima atencion, de el personal. NO VAYAN A ESA FARMACIA. Venden muy caro y ademas pésima atencion al cliente.
