★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varias veces me a tocado venir en la noche y la señora que esta en turno es una maleducada malencarada de ahi en fuera todo muy bien mia felicitaciones a las que estan en el turno de la tarde :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El médico que atiende ahi por las tardes es bueno, por eso tiene muchísima gente. Nada más hay que irse con con la idea que para alcanzar a tener consulta fácilmente te tomará más de dos horas. Se tardan 30 minutos por paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor de atención. He tenido tantas situaciones como sin mi autorización han cobrado la donación al Teletón, ya me doy cuenta en el ticket que lo hicieron y fue molesto. El personal les haces un comentario de que está caro y una me dijo "así es de caro todo" respondona. Y ahora me enfrento a un mal cobro y mi tarjeta de vales no me lo quiere regresar por culpa de la maña capacitación que tuvo. No supo diferenciar de pediátrico y adulto que obviamente fueron precios diferentes pues la cancelación también la hizo mal y hay 200 pesos que estoy perdiendo porque el monto no coincide con los cobros. Fatal esa sucursal, no sé si todo farmacia del ahorro.
The worst attention. And now I face a bad charge and my voucher card does not want to return it to me because of the bad training he had. He did not know how to differentiate from pediatric and adult that obviously were different prices because the cancellation also made it wrong and there are 200 pesos that I am losing because the amount does not match the charges. Fatal that branch, I don't know if any pharmacy savings.

Ojalá renueven personal de turno de la tarde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empleada muy grosera gritándole a mi abuelita deberían de checar su personal por qué son muy prepotentes yo entiendo que están cansadas incluso fastidiadas pero están prestando un servicio y deben de tener buena actitud no vuelvo a esa Farmacia y no solo nosotras tuvimos problemas también otro sr salió muy molesto
A very rude employee yelling at my grandmother they should check their staff because they are very arrogant I understand that they are tired even annoyed but they are providing a service and they must have a good attitude I will not go back to that Pharmacy and not only we had problems also another man came out very upset
