★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible manejo del protocolo covid, los sospechosos entran a pedir informes, la chica está en las pruebas covid va a la farmacia y regresa algunas veces, eso hace que el covid no esté controlado y los pacientes una vez diagnosticados les dan su receta y entran a farmacia. Si estás sano mejor no vallas a comprar ahí. Además que las personas se quejan de la atención y que tardan mucho en surtir tu receta muchos algunos esperan tanto que mejor se van.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vasca de servico de atención al cliente, las dos señoritas que están en el mostrador te hacen caras, dicen que no tienen cambio pero es mentira por dios todo el tiempo llegaba gente con cambio, me tuve que esperar dos horas para que me dijeran que no tenían sistema además de eso son groseras y huevonas se ve que no quieren trabajar.
A Basque from customer service, the two ladies who are at the counter make faces at you, they say they don't have change but it's a lie for God all the time people arrived with change, I had to wait two hours for them to tell me that they had no system besides that they are rude and lazy you can see they don't want to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO con la “doctora” Fernanda Ramírez Leyva (ced. prof. 11983696), te atiende PEOR que en el IMSS. DÉSPOTA y CÍNICA, con CERO actitud de servicio ni empatía. Cuando le dije que debería ser más profesional con los pacientes, su respuesta fue reírse en mi cara.
Mil veces mejor ir a Farmacia San Pablo o hasta en Salud Digna te atienen mucho mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general farmacias de ahorro tienen un Pésimo servicio pero esta sucursal se lleva el premio a lo mal que te atienden. En primer lugar te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, en segundo lugar se tardan muchísimo y son de lo más groseras yo creo las capacitan como una enfermera del imss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo comento porque revisé los comentarios y me parece que no están actualizados, al menos el servicio que tuve fue eficiente, la señorita del mostrador Brenda creo que se llama fue muy rápida y amable.
Y si la Dra. Fernanda, pone cara como si estuviera enojada, pero al final se entiende, es humana, atiende pacientes todo el día y de todo tipo, pero en general el servicio es bueno.
