★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre es lo mismo en esa farmacia. Solo una persona despachando y dos haciéndose tontos. Se hace una fila considerable y no les importa. No se vale que hagan esperar hasta 15 minutos. Muy mal por ustedes. Afortunadamente hay más farmacias por esta zona
It is always the same in that pharmacy. Only one person dispatching and two being fools. It makes a considerable row and they do not care. You do not have to wait until 15 minutes. Very bad for you. Fortunately there are more pharmacies in this area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta farmacia en general nunca me ha gustado, por la atención al cliente y esta sucursal no fue la excepción un tipo y una será atendiendo pero de mala manera, ellos más interesados en su platica que la atención al cliente, por esa y más razones creo que San Pablo es mucho mejor farmacia, pase por que era de camino, sin embargo tenia años que no iba a una y ya recordé por que no me paraba en Farmacias de Ahorro.
I have never liked this pharmacy in general, because of the customer service and this branch was no exception one guy and one will be serving but in a bad way, they are more interested in their talk than customer service, for that and more reasons I think that San Pablo is a much better pharmacy, I happened to be on the way, however I had not been to one for years and I already remembered why I did not stop at Farmacias de Ahorro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer martes 07 de Enero en la noche (20:45 hrs) acudí a esta Sucursal a solicitar que me aplicaran una inyección y se me negó el servicio (estando en horario, según termina servicio hasta las 21:00 hrs. y sin pacientes) porque la Doctora "tenía que irse temprano". Se tardó más en negarme el servicio que en lo que me hubiera aplicado la inyección, muy déspota nos cerró la puerta a otra señora que iba llegando y a mí, diciendo que no tenía sistema (sistema para poner una inyección?).
PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Y ACTITUD DE LA MÉDICO!!
Yesterday, Tuesday, January 07 at night (8:45 p.m.) I went to this Branch to request that they give me an injection and the service was denied (being on schedule, as service ends until 9:00 p.m. and without patients) because the Doctor "had to leave early." It took longer to deny me the service than it would have given me the injection, a very despotic closed the door to another lady who was arriving and to me, saying that she had no system (system to give an injection?).
POOR ATTENTION AND ATTITUDE OF THE DOCTOR !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mienten no son 24hrs. El personal ya está adentro y llevó más de 30 minutos esperando a que se cumplan los 5 min que me dieron de espera. SON LOS PEORES TRABAJADORES!!!!
They lie they are not 24hrs. The staff is already inside and it took more than 30 minutes to wait for the 5 minutes they gave me to wait. THEY ARE THE WORST WORKERS !!!!

The branch was closed and they only attended through the “little window”. They only accept cash and do not have a point of sale terminal.
