Super recomendable They have a doctor 24 hours a day like the pharmacy ... I had a family visit and I was able to take my son to the Doctor at midnight on Sunday. Super recommendable

Cuando fui a reclamar de nuevo por falta de seguimiento, habia otra persona quejandose de lo mismo. Tengan cuidado. Iré a las autoridades o medios de ser necesario porque no se vale. Resulta que fuimos a una consulta con mi paciente, el horario vespertino empieza a las 4 pm. nosotros no estábamos muy seguros de eso así que llegamos a las 3pm. nos dieron el turno y decidimos esperar. momentos después ví llegar a la doctora y directamente entrar a la farmacia y ya no volvió a salir ( me ha atendido antes por lo que la ubico de vista) Nosotros y otros pacientes estuvimos entrando a la farmacia a preguntar a qué hora llegaba la doctora. ( todos estábamos afuera en la calle, muchos en la banqueta sentados bajo el sol) Las señoritas que atienden nos seguían negando que la doctora estuviera ahí y nos decían que ya venía, lo cual era mentira pues la doctora ahí estaba. Estaba dentro de la farmacia teniendo un convivio con sus demás compañeras (se escuchaban los aplausos y gritos de "que lo abra, que lo abra" hasta afuera), lo cual no me molesta ni parece mal sino fuera por qué es en horario laboral y había casi diez personas esperando su turno. Yo me quedo dentro de la farmacia esperando por alguna respuesta. Casi a 5:45 pm la doctora sale por una puerta alterna, yo misma la veo, a pesar de que las señoritas intentaron cubrir mi vista con sus cuerpos y con los cajones de medicamentos. La doctora fingió llegar por otra puerta y se volvió a meter a la farmacia. La encare y le dije que sus pacientes llevaban 3 horas esperando afuera y que se apurará a lo cual ella solo se rió de mi. le dije que la iba a reportar y dijo ahí están los números. y se metió, 5 minutos después salió una de las cajeras y me dijo que la doctora no saldría y no daría consulta, cuestione porque, y la señorita simplemente me ignoró. Todo esto paso en Farmacias de Ahorro, Sucursal Acapulco Diana. Se me hace un trato injusto, inhumano y faltó de ética de la doctora y la mayoría del personal que ahí labora. Hubo excepciones de algunos trabajadores que amablemente me decían que comprendían mi situación y que también se les hacía injusto pero que no podían hacer nada. Pero en general me llevo un sabor de boca muy amargo de aquellos que según su slogan Nos quieren bien. Gracias, por favor compartan. Terrible, unfair and unethical treatment I need to vent so ... All this happened at Farmacias de Ahorro, Acapulco Diana Branch. I am treated unfairly, inhumanly and unethically by the doctor and most of the staff who work there. Lamentable. The good service they had before the pandemic has gone down a lot. Now it is slow although that is personal, they serve slowly, little kindness. Regrettable.
