★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados no respetan el horario.. Ocupo un medicamento urgente y acabo de venir corriendo porque son las 22:28 hrs. Y se supone que tienen marcado un horario de cierre a las 23 hrs. . Y las empleadas ya tienen las puertas cerradas y te dicen desde adentro que ya no hay servicio.. Deberían de respetar el horario de cierre o si no no pongan que cierran a las 23 hrs.
Pésima atención
Esto en la sucursal de Ocotlan Jalisco
 The employees do not respect the schedule. I have an urgent medicine and I just came running because it is 22:28 hrs. And they are supposed to have a closing time at 11pm. . And the employees already have the doors closed and they tell you from the inside that there is no longer service .. They should respect the closing hours or if not, they should not say that they close at 23 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coincido en que hacen falta mas empleadas para atender tanta clientela. Otra es que ya pongan otra sucursal al otro lado de la via. No hay farmacias de cadena de aquel lado!
I agree that more employees are needed to serve so many customers. Another is that they already put another branch on the other side of the road. There are no chain pharmacies on that side!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si hay buen surtido de medicamentos aumentos, precios no muy accesibles. Pero en atención al cliente.... Pésimo servicio. Pienso que si atendieran tienda propia, no se les pararian ni las moscas por la pésima atención.
If there is a good assortment of medicines, increases, prices are not very accessible. But in customer service .... Terrible service. I think that if they took care of their own store, not even the flies would stop them because of the bad attention.

Terrible service, I needed a cream and they didn't sell it to me until the next shift arrived !!! There were 3 hours left for that, I couldn't wait 3 hours if the product I needed was there
